All Aboard!

I may be the canoe instructor at camp. Kids. Canoeing. In the ocean. I know the basics of canoeing, and I love a challenge. Actually, I don't love a challenge. At all. But, I really do love this challenge. I've got this canoe business sooo covered.

I came across something wonderful while I was studying for my Can Lit exam yesterday. I read this poem for the first time recently because I didn't go to class that day. This poem captures my canoeing sentiments perfectly! Pauline Johnson understands me. I've highlighted my fav parts. Take a peek at the blue bits near the end. Totally gonna make the kids sit in a circle and have a little poetry reading before the first canoe lesson ;).
