I went to the gym this morning. The gym at the Stadium is wonderful because most of the machines have their very own mini TV mounted on them. I usually watch a music station. Unfortunately, there were television shows on MuchMusic and BET so I was stuck on MuchMoreMusic (which doesn't always play good exercise tunes). MuchMoreRetro came on. I cringed and waited for some old music video and a song that I didn't want to hear. The first two were songs were by the Spice Girls and Destiny's Child. They are oldies these days. Sweeeeet.
